Ingredients: Wheat Flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, riboflavin, folic acid), Malted Barley Flour, Buttermilk, Cheddar Cheese (milk, cheese culture, salt, and enzymes), Corn, Butter (AA unsalted), Milk (whole), Eggs, Jalapeño Peppers, Sugar, Chives, Baking Powder (sodium acid, pyro-phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, mono-calcium phosphate), Kosher Salt, Old Bay Seasoning (celery salt and sweet spices).
Contains the following allergens: Wheat, Milk, Eggs
Pre-heat oven before baking – not necessary to defrost scones. Place frozen scones on pan-lined baking trays, approximately 2″ apart. Egg wash (we recommend a half egg / half water mix). Look for a light golden brown color and a scone that is crusty on top and will not leave an impression when pressed lightly with finger tips. Please allow scones to cool before tasting. If they are broken open before cooling, they may appear to be unbaked in the center. If you find scone to be “doughy”, reduce the oven temperature and bake for 5 minutes longer.
Convection Oven: 25-30 min @ 300°F
Rotating Rack Oven: 25-30 min @325°F
